Graham's Great Efforts

Graham, along with his eldest son Jake and niece Tory are taking part in their first ever Sprint Triathlons on the 15th May. Although only a Mini, as well as the swim (which should be ok), it is immediately followed by a 20k bike ride and a 5k run. About 2 hours on continuous exercise. To date they have raised just over £8000, an amazing amount!
Graham's other great effort is a big one!, a 3 person relay channel crossing. With his fantastic colleagues, Sarah and Tonia, they anticipate it will take between 14-16 hours. Taking it in turns to swim 1 and a half hours they will swim across in a strict order. If one fails, they all fail. They are booked on a slot to go at the end of June, the exact day being dependent on the weather and tides.
Graham's reasons for running for NeST are because his son Louis has been diagnosed with NS .If you would like to show your support for Graham & his colleagues then please visit his fundraising page and donate - just go to www.justgiving.com/LouisHiom.
