Sarah's Dorney Lake Triathlon
Sarah Miller competed in the Dorney Lake Triathlon on July 2nd, and managed to raise £400, through sponsorship and her Just Giving page.
Sarah said that she would have liked to say she enjoyed it, but it was the hardest thing that she has ever done, even harder than the London Marathon, her family very proudly wore their NeST t-shirts on the day, and cheered her on very loudly through out the day, and rightly so!
