Moin and Simon are riding the Gran Fondo Sportful, in the Dolomites in Italy, on 19th June 2011. This claims to be the toughest one day bike ride in Europe - 5.500m of climbing over 135 miles. Apparently the scenery is nice...

John Collins is running for NeST in the Bupa Great Manchester Run on the 15th May.
John is running to raise funds & awareness of Nephrotic Syndrome as his niece, Aoife suffers with NS.

Graham, his eldest son Jake and his niece Tory, are all entering their first triathlon on the 15th May.
In addition, Graham is attempting to successfully swim the English Channel as part of 3 person relay.
